Hi @Sometiktoker Fitbit can't add a banking institution unless that institution wants to join in. As a patron of a bank or a particular bank card, get with the manager and tell them you want to use your card with Fitbit Pay. The more people who ask, the better chance of it happening.

@Odyssey13 is there any valid reason why Fitbit isn't pursuing banks? For a company of this size, it should be much easier to get banks on board than for a random individual who will be able to talk probably only to the local branch manager (who has no power whatsoever). What is stopping Fitbit from negotiating in order to improve FitbitPay as a product?

@t.parker I have no idea why Fitbit isn't reaching out, but they do have over 200 banks onboard now. It seems that if other banks get enough customer interest, that they would follow up with Fitbit. Can't think Fitbit would have knowledge of every single bank card out there, but that those banks would know about Fitbit's services. Since I'm not an employee of Fitbit and even if I was, I doubt Fitbit would tell us the inside information on why some cards are approved and some cards aren't available to use.
