My fitbit has always received texts and calls normally; however, a week or two ago it stopped receiving text messages. I tried every troubleshooting method I could find online and eventually got it working again except for texts from Android phones. I have an iPhone and my husband has an Android. None of his texts are going through to my fitbit. I'm not sure if it's specifically his phone number, or if it's related to his phone being Android. Has anyone had this problem before?

Hi there, @Earthshine08. Welcome to the Community.
I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting your Versa 2. You're right, you should be receiving those texts normally regardless of the sender's phone type. This suggests a specific configuration issue between your phone's notification settings and your Fitbit.
First, please confirm that both Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb (DND) are turned off on your watch, as these block notifications. Additionally, since his texts arrive as SMS (green bubbles), please double-check this help article to ensure your iPhone is set to 'Share System Notifications' for SMS.
Let's make sure every requirement there is met so you can get those messages back!

Thanks for the response! I actually stumbled upon the solution this morning by chance. I noticed my husband was silenced in my iPhone messages. Wow, not sure how that happened, but at least it's fixed!
