Fitbit Versa 2 Static Screen

Hi I bought the Fitbit Versa 2, two months ago and yesterday the screen started showing a static black screen with a green light going through it. I cannot see anything else. What shall I do?

Hi @HD2010  Try restarting it several times and alalo try a Factory Reset. If they dont help you then contact Customer Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
