I find that my Versace 2 counts lesser steps. My wife and I got Versa 2 Fir each of us. We wore our versa 2 and walked the same distance but I found that my versa 2 counted lesser steps (Almost half the number) than my wife’s versa 2 . Is it an issue and how can it be fixed.

Regarding the steps tracking issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. Please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
