when i received my fitbit in the mail (amazon) i was excited. i opened it up and i got it all set up, Come 3 weeks later, past he 30 day sending back date, the screen would not swipe, i've tried restating it, all the way to factory reset, when i got the screen to swipe after 20 mins of just swiping a small watch on my wrist. any suggestions on what i could do?

Btw its been about 6 moths since i got it, so i've been stuck trying to fix it.
