Fitbit Versa 2 not syncing

I have had real trouble with my fitbit versa 2 not syncing since I got up this morning. I have turned the Bluetooth on and off. Logged out of the Fitbit app and then back in and still not syncing.

 

I have unpaired my fitbit versa 2 and then tried to add the device again but it's not able to find my fitbit to pair it?

 

Any advice?
