Hi, I have had my Versa 2 for a few months now and it was working perfectly however, over the past week or 2 the screen will not respond to touch, the only time it will is for around 30 seconds after taking it off charge, and sometimes the button on the side won't work. I've tried restarting but that didn't work. I'm a bit nervous about disconnecting it to reconnect incase I need to use the screen on the Fitbit to reconnect and not being able to beacause of this problem.

During that 30 seconds it is working, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

Update: thanks for the advice, I did a factory reset but it hasn't helped, the screen responded at first but now it isn't at all
