My hubby got me the fitbit for Christmas 2019, I wasn't wearing it everyday and was fine until June 2020 that wore it but battery was low so it went off didn't charge it until a few weeks later. When I wanted to wear it I realized that wasn't charging so I thought that was the charger I bought 2 compatible chargers but nothing, then I got help from customer support, followed all the steps and nothing. I was happy because they sent a replacement which I realized was use or refurbished but it worked until 3 days later the battery was low and It wouldn't charge neither (after repeating the same troubleshooting) the battery was getting lower so next day went to best buy and bought and original fitbit charger and I was very surprised that wasn't charging neither.
It's very annoying this situation because my watch barely lasted 8 months, I spent money on 3 chargers and fitbit sent out a watch that for sure was defective. I asked if they can fix my original versa and they said they don't do that and that's why I got a replacement.
I took care of my watch and looks like new so I'm disappointed that my hubby spent almost $200 for a watch that didn't even lasted a year, also trying to look for ideas about what to do i found out that this problem is kind of common.
Hopefully fitbit will help me with this.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.
