Fitbit Versa 2 won’t turn on

I got a fitbit Versa 2 for Christmas and it’s served me well until now. Yesterday morning the screen was black and it would not come on. The app showed it was low on battery so I put it on the charger! It still will not turn on. When i press the button I can feel it vibrate but that’s it. Battery shows half charge on app. This one was on sale. I used to swim with it and sometimes shower and afterwards it was ok. Not sure why it has died. I’m buying a new one and hope that it will be better.

My Fitbit showed low battery 

 I got mine may 2019.   It wont charge or anything.

Got mine in Dec 2019 and the app shows charged but the watch won’t turn on. I can feel vibrations but screen is black.
