Fitbit Versa Band Pin Broke Off Into Versa Pinhole

I was removing the silicon strap that came with my Versa after a workout to put on the cloth strap that came with my Versa Special Edition. They are both the straps that came with the versa in the box. However, I noticed upon removing the silicon band the tiny pin that goes into the pinhole to secure the band broke off and is now stuck in the pinhole with no obvious way to remove it. This essentially makes it so I can no longer put a strap on it at all and can no longer wear it as a watch.

I was wondering if there was any easy way to remove it?

Is there enough protruding to grasp it with tweezers? If not Id suggest trying blue tac and see if that will lift the piece of pin out of the hole. Or hold it up so the pin can fall out and try loosening with a sewing pin. Appart from those ideas I guess support is the only other option (link in my signature)

Did you ever figure out a way to remove it? Mine has the same issue.

Me too! Same problem here, its stuck in it. Did anyone have success? It's the actual fitbit band, but customer service was not helpful. How do I get it out?

I just pryed at it until it fell out. Took me 2 days.

I had the same problem this morning. I was about to give up because it would NOT come out. The pin is a pretty soft metal. I used a very small screwdriver (one you would use for a pair of glasses) and wedged a small dent into the pin that refuses to come out. It was just enough to allow me to lock my new band in.

I used the Blu-Tac trick just now. You have to push it in hard and leave it for a minute so it sticks well, and then gently pull the Blu-Tac away. Worked a treat.
