My Fitbit Versa has suddenly decided to stop working.
Before the screen went dead it vibrated on my wrist indicating a notification. I looked at the Versa and the screen was black. Since then I have tried holding down the reset buttons and attempted to charge the device and the screen was still black.
The heart rate monitor on the back is off as I can no longer see the green light usually coming from it, so I believe the Fitbit isn't on.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, since you already tried, unfortunately without any luck, to solve this problem, I would advice to contact Customer Support about your problem.
