New Versa not working

Just got my new versa and it's  fully charged and add to my account but the watch is not working. The face of watch only show the fitbit symbol and the different language. The clock is not showing and when I press the buttons on the side, nothing happens.

Hi @Wezlou,

 

This may sound like a pain, but could you do me a favor and go through the setup process one more time?  It seems like you might have missed something in the setup process.  In case you need it, here are the instructions. Be sure to follow them to a T, as it's easy to miss something (I've done that myself a time or 20!)

 

You also might want to make sure that your account is set to the correct time zone just to be on the safe side.  I have mine set up so that it automatically syncs with whatever time zone my phone is in.

 

You could also try a soft reset or a factory reset.  The factory reset will erase all data the watch may have already collected, so you should at least attempt a sync if you can.
