Hello,
I've had my Versa for around 9-10 months (since they were released in the UK). Overall I'm very pleased with the performance. However, the constant sync issues are driving me up the wall. Especially recently when I can't seem to go 2-3 days of perfect sync without it stopping to work.
The device will sync as intended for a few days then for no apparent reason just stop syncing and the only way to restore the sync is to delete and resinstall the app (trust me, I try every troubleshooting method under the sun).
Is anybody else experiencing this? Seem crazy that Fitbit still have these issues nearly a year after release.

Yes, the last several days to a week. Notifications were spotty, now down to none. I took have tried everything, and have only had luck with removing app and reinstalling. Versa itself seems to be tracking accurate, but will not sync with app. Versa does however seem to be losing minutes compared to real time.

Since we are asking about a problem with the Fitbit app on a phone or computer, it would be helpful to include the type of device that is used to sing through.
Currently there are many reports of sync issues with the last two Android Fitbit updates.
I find I am having to clear the Fitbit cache or log out/in

I have an S8 also and the sync issues are driving me crazy.
My workaround was to go back and side load version 2.85

Yes it is a good watch but the android connectivity is terrible and has never really been good. I have to constantly unpair and re-pair watch, remove from fitbit app, add back in to get it to work.
