Versa setup issues

So I’ve just bought the Versa and when I’m trying to set it up with my iPhone when I put in the 4 digit code it is just saying connecting on my phone but doesn’t continue in the process has been doing this all day. Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Just got my Versa today and it will not set up, uninstalled and installed the fitbit apps on computer and my android phone and it will not sync. I also tried the factory reset and now it says on the screen "Data not cleared Sync & try again" Please help.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue by yourselves and would like to know if you keep having this problem? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

Thank you for responding. That was the first step I took before posting for
help. I need further information or exchange the Versa for another one or
to a Charge 3.
I enjoyed the Charge 2 till it died.
