Fitbit Versa Fully Dead

Hi everyone,

Last night I went to bed, my Fitbit versa seemed to be working fine and there were no issues, battery life was fine for the moment. And I wore my watch in bed as I like the sleep tracking function. However as I woke up and went to check my watch, it was completely off. So I held the buttons to turn it on, then a whitish screen comes on with little bars down it. I hadn't intentionally knocked it on the wall or anything, and I'm not much of a heavy sleeper so if i had knocked myself or my watch it would have woke me up. I had to walk my dog than before school so I put it in the charger for about half an hour. As I put it in my computer, no sound like the PC usually makes.

I got home from walking the dog and try the versa again. It is now completely unresponsive. I have tried going through some forums but nothing seems to work. It's too early to use the Fitbit live chat support so I can't get live help. If anyone knows what to do please help this watch was very good and I loved it and would like to be using it again soon. Also, it is too late to get a refund from Argos so at the moment I feel like someone has taken my money and I have been left £219.99 less than before.

Have you tried restarting the watch several times? If not, give that a go. If that doesnt wakenit up try a factory reset. If still unresponsive you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)

Restart your tracker

FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

If the device turns on, please go back to the Fitbit app and setup your device back to your account with these steps. Make sure your watch is plugged into a wall plug or a computer, next to the router and that there are no other trackers or devices with Bluetooth on nearby when setting up.  Please log into your account, go to account on the upper right corner, there look for "setup a device" and tap on it. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the watch charge for 2 hours.
