Had my Versa for approx 5 weeks and the steps just keep resetting.  

Have tried the reset but still happening

When are the steps resetting? If it's happening at midnight then this is normal as the device tracks a 24hr period. You can check previous days and historical data in the fitbit app or the Web dashboard.
