Hi I am in the UK and I have checked my bank uses the Fitbit contactless which is Santander. I’ve put my card details in and it says that it set up but when I go to press the button on the left is just bringing up a different screen which is screen wake/Notifications. I am using a iPhone does anybody have any suggestions please I’ve tried setting it up several times but with no success

When the screen wake/notifications screen comes up, are you able to swipe from left to right to bring up your card/fitbit pay?
It sounds as though your card hasn't actually loaded onto your Versa. When was the last time your Versa synced?
When you go into the fitbit app on your phone - Account card (top right hand corner of the screen) - Versa - Wallet tile. Does it show an image of your card with a tick underneath with the text default on Versa?

Ok, did you go into the fitbit app and the wallet tile as I mentioned in the previous post?
It might be worth removing all of your cards and starting the setup process again. Maybe there was an error somewhere along the line on your initial set up.
