I am so disappointed, I love my Versa and it worked so well with my last phone which was Samsung, and now with my new Huawei Nova 3 it won't sync, and phone doesn't send notifications to my Versa, I can't even change my clockface. I didn't think that Huawei has these problems with Fitbit, I love my new phone too, and don't want to change it. But this sucks. And now I've read that Fitbit doesn't do anything to fix this problem.

That phone is not on the Supported Devices List so it may or may not work. All you can do is work through all the troubleshoots in these Help Articles and hope something works.

try this - Settings - Security and Privacy - Location access - tap on 3 dots in the right upper corner - Scan settings - Turn off Bluetooth scanning
after that open Fitbit app and try to sync it with Versa. This helped me with my P20 Pro which has the same chipset as Nova 3

Yeah thanks I actually tried that a while ago and it works now yay, hopefully that problem is now solved.

Is it still working to u? I have Huawei Nova 3 and I wanna buy fitbit versa and I wanna be sure it will work fine.

Yeah it started working fine after I installed the "sync fix for fitbit" app and still does. 😊
