Versa all data fine displaying fine.
App has a point in the day where heart rate and steps haven’t synced.
What? Why aren’t they talking to each other?

Hi, try this when your Fitbit app is not functioning like it should:
1. Logout of your Fitbit account.
2. Deinstall the Fitbit app. Do not remove/unpair your Versa from the app!!
3. Restart your phone and enable BT
4. Reinstall Fitbit app again. This also takes care that youhave the latest version of it.
5. Login to your Fitbit account
6. Sync your Versa with the Fitbit app/phone and see if this problem is solved. Good luck!!

Hi, try this also: restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. This will reset the internal system of the Versa. After that sync your Versa with your phone. good luck!!

Hello @SarahdeH if you have steps before and after this period then the Versa is talking to the Fitbit server.
Have you checked the logs on fitbit.com.
Does the heart rate also drop out? Have you noticed that the tracker may have shut down?
Your post makes it sound like this happens every day?

When you opened the app, did your Fitbit successfully sync?
