Fitbit Versa Lite has not worked since update

I have tried time and again to reset my fitbit after the update February 2021.  Since then I have not been able to use it.  The Versa Lite is not keeping charge or syncing to my Iphone. This is a replacement that i was sent after the original fitbit stopped working.
