Fitbit Versa Lite not syncing or being recognized

I have contacted Fitbit support regarding my inability to sync my Fitbit Lite. I purchased my watch 4 mos ago and have had no problems I now trying every recommendation shown on the Fitbit community and spoke to a representative who was no help what so ever. I felt I knew more than him. I am very frustrated as I use and rely on my watch everyday and have not been able to use for almost 2 weeks now. The rep advised me to factory reset and after doing that all I have is the main screen with the different languages. The watch is fully charged but my iPhone will not recognize it which it previously did. I do not know where else to turn. I hope someone can help with this problem as I am losing hope in the Fitbit company!!!!!!!

I keep  having the same problem.   
what I don’t understand though is it will sync part of what I want to see but not all.    It will show active minutes current but it won’t show that I worked out.    
It also doesn’t seem to be a problem on my end but on Fitbit’s end entirely.   My Bluetooth on my phone will say it’s connected to

 

my Versa but for some reason it won’t sync with the fitbit app.   They need to fix it and stop telling us to reset our devices as if it was our fault or something wrong with the watch and we’ll need to upgrade.   No.   If there’s something wrong they can replace it any make it work as it should and as they say it does.   It’s really very annoying.   I also had the same experience when contacting customer support.   They just like to waste my time in my opinion. Heck they have all day to sit and chit chat.   I got stuff to do and fixing their problem isn’t one of them.

Thank you for your response to confirm our frustrations. I hope this is resolved soon for the both of us and others. Fitbit tech support really sucks as this has been going on for a while!!!

Thank you - I thought I was going crazy.  Nothing I do will sync my iphone to my Versa.  I am super frustrated as well.  I depend on that as well.
