Fitbit Versa Lite won’t detect activity

My Versa Lite won’t detect my sleep, heart rate, and steps or anything else like that. The green light on the back isn’t working either. Other than that though nothing else seems to be wrong. I have medical issues so I need to keep up with stuff.

Hi @Lrmdogs8806 - try a restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for the watch to start.

Check in the watch settings that heart rate is turned on because it can't detect sleep etc if turned off but should detect steps unless there is a watch face fault also, so try changing to the Fitbit clock face.

If a watch starts behaving oddly it may be damaged inside, possibly from water damage.
