Fitbit Versa Lite won't let me add to my daughters account

We got a Fitbit Versa Lite for my daughter for her 13th Birthday. When I try to pair the device it only provides options for ACE.  She is 13 though which is the minimum age so I don't know why it won't allow the option.  I do not want to change any other parental controls on her google account, I just want to add her device so she can use her birthday present???  This is very frustrating.

I understand how frustrating this could be and the minimun age depends of your country of residence. You can check this article to see if your daughter has the minimum age to use a regular Fitbit tracker.
