Received a new Fitbit versa lite and will not turn on or charge, have downloaded and started the app but unable to get watch to turn on.

@Esmith3, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your new Versa Lite since it won't turn on or take a charge.
I would like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi, I'm having the same problem, my versa lite is not even one year old yet, the app says its charged 68% but the watch with turn on, or charge and I've tried different outlets for the charger.

This makes the second device I’ve had within less than 6 months the first one did the exact same thing! However I got lucky and it was within the 45 day period it was supposed to be water resistant up to 50m but somehow the waterproofing failed!! Now this one Won’t turn on or do anything 😡😡
