I got a Fitbit Versa December 2018 as a gift. I am already on my third one... my initial Versa lasted 1.5 months and then the battery crapped out. It only maintained charging for a day when it advertised as lasting many days. The replacement process was fairly simple, but took several days (7+) to receive it in the mail.
For the past few days my buttons have been sticking and yesterday my screen went to all lines. I called to obtain a replacement and they are sending me one as of today... This will be Versa #3. A little ridiculous... I am concerned when my warranty expires, as it hasn't been proven to be reliable at this point. Needless to say, I am not impressed with this product so far. I would love it if it were more reliable and am quite disappointed.
I have little-to-no confidence that it will last much longer than the 1 year mark when my warranty expires. I caution anyone who expects this to last a few years to save your money and choose another product. <sigh>

Hi, I'm really very sorry to read that you have had so many problems with your Versa and also understand your utter frustration. The watch should do what it has to do, which is, I know this is not very helpfull for you, what it's doing for me with a battery time of 5+ days. Maybe I'm just a very lucky guy and you're just very unlucky. I know that more users have a lot of problems, but remember it's an electronic product filled with a lot of possibilities in a very small size and things can go wrong. Unluckily the ones who are perfectly satisfied with their Versa will not post here, but that does not help you at all. Again, very sorry to read this story and understand that you lost your faith in it.
