Hi all, I have a Fitbit Versa which has battery problems. It seems to drain in just over 1 day. I have contacted fitbit who were able to verify the fault. I was then given a link to claim a new Versa.
However, after claiming a replacement watch I was then asked to ship my old Versa back to a service centre and they will only ship my replacement after they have received my unit. I am however having difficulty sending it back as the postal service in Ireland will not ship it because it has a "lithium battery".
Has anybody from UK or Ireland sent an item back with a lithium battery? If so who did you use?

@Bunny_Lo , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your comments and feedback. We haven't heard yet, that the postal service refuses to send an item with a battery on it. Thanks for sharing this. This will help us organize the processes.
I've contacted Support regarding your situation. They informed me, that you are still in contact with them. And you could send them the device. Please inform them if you have further questions regarding your process and case, as I personally don't have access to it.
If you could would you please share, how did you manage to send the device, so that other members can have the information at hand? We all would appreciate it a lot.
