Fitbit Versa Syncing Issues

My Fitbit Versa shows that it last synced two days ago, yet the data on my mobile dashboard is accurate (compared to what is actually on the tracker). However Myfitnesspal is not able to gather my info because it is saying it hasn't been synced for two days.

 

I have tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, unsyncing both Fitbit and Myfitnesspal devices and signing in and out of both apps and nothing.

It sounds as thought your Versa is sending the data to your phone, which is why you can see the data in the app matches that of the tracker. For some reason it sounds as though your phone isn't syncing that data to the fitbit servers, which is why MFP isn't able to retrieve it.

 

I would check your phones network settings to confirm that the fitbit app has access to an Internet connection.

 

If you haven't already done so you may wish to restart your phone, if that doesn't work it might help to reinstall the fitbit app.
