Fitbit Versa Water Damage

Hi, I was recently swimming with my Versa when I cracked the screen in the pool. After a while I noticed that I couldn’t get it to switch on, and I think that there is water damage inside the device. Is there any tips on how I could fix this issue?

Hi, @JamesNewton99, if the screen cracked whioe you were in water it seems quite likely that water has got inside.

 

Sometimes electronic devices can recover from this.  You could try putting it in a bag of rice for 4 or 5 days to dry it out.  Don't try to charge it or turn it on until it is thoroughly dried.
