Fitbit Versa WhatsApp message won’t delete

Help I’m unable to delete one message from last Friday 

i press clear all and clear single message but it’s still there 

help

Hi, restart your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons. That should do the trick.

I had that with a few apps. Leaving All-Day Sync on seems to help avoid any stuck messages.
