Fitbit Versa and Spotify Premium not working help

Hi, 

 

I just got a Fitbit Versa and also hold a Spotify Premium account. Spotify will not download as an app attached to my fit bit. I have tried everything. Uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. Went all through settings and nothing. I am so frustrated. Finding a number to call for help is next to impossible. Note: I am a Versa owner with a Spotify premium account.

Please make sure that you have the latest firmware version of the Fitbit Versa (32.70.7.14). You can find information to see the current version of your watch and instructions to update on this article.
