Fitbit Versa battery draining issue

Hi,

This is really frustrating as my  Fitbit Versa Battery Draining After 70.7.27 update from my IOS app yesterday. Could someone help me on this. I used to get atleast 3 days before now it is just 3 to 4 hours.

Regarding the battery draining issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and sent you an email with some instructions for you to follow. In case the issue persists, reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
