I have been trying to change the color and settings on a few different Versa clock faces and nothing seems to work. I can select a new clock face but after that am unable to customize anything on my select clock face. Anyone having similar issues?

Contact the developer of the clockface you are having trouble with. He may not know there is a problem.

This is happening to my Versa clock face as well. At first I could select a personal photo on my versa and I was able to change the color of the font and the style of the font AND position of where I wanted the font on the face of the clock. I was able to chose the middle right, middle left, top right, bottom right, etc whatever it may be. NOW it only lets me change the picture there is no area to show me where the font changing is anymore. FRUSTRATING!!!! OF COURSE we never get an instruction manual.

I've found that it definitely takes a while and a few syncs to update the colors. Additionally, if it's the type of clock face that has multiple color options that you can scroll through by tapping on the screen, it sometimes helps to scroll through all of them to get back to the custom color screen.
