Hi
I am trying to start my versa it does not start at all. This is the second time I have faced problems. Earlier with Blaze the same thing happened and the same is happening now.
My fitbit versa is in warranty.
I have kept it on charging and then tried as well with the online solutions like, holding left and right bottom buttons etc.
Nothing works. Can someone help?

@pnadkar what happens if you place it in the charging dock? Does the screen come on? Have you tried charging it from different outlet or using USB port of your computer? Could it be that the screen is dead and Versa is on - sensor lights on the back are blinking? Nevertheless, I am afraid at this point you have to contact Customer Support as you might require a replacement device. Here's the link to Customer Support page. 😞

Yeah, nothing shows up when I put it on charge. I will have to contact the support 😞

My Versa has stopped doing anything. I can’t get it to come on, I have tried all of the online solutions and nothing works. I have tried plugging into different places and my Versa when I had tried to charge it won’t light up, it did feel warm to the touch.
