Anyone else’s Fitbit Versa fallen apart 😡 not even had it 6 months and the whole screen has come off, I’m hoping I will get a reply from the help team saying about a refund as do not want another piece of rubbish like this! Not what I expected from a watch costing £200!

There are a number of other threads regarding this problem, which seems to be Fitbits choice of glue used to fasten the screen to the body of the watch. More than a few cases seemed to happen when the watch got a bit hotter than usual, like being left in a vehicle in the sun. I suggest pursuing a full refund based on the evidence that this is a design fault.
Whether Fitbit can instead issue a replacement may depend on where you live. Unless Fitbit agree to an immediate and unconditional full refund, contact the appropriate organisation in your country that deals with protection for consumers against faulty products and denial of due warranty rights. If you accept a replacement, and for any other Versa owner reading this, do test that it can withstand the hottest environments that you are likely to expose it too, followed by immersion at depth in water, limiting both of these to the devices official standards. For example don't try immersing in water at depths greater than 50 metres.
