Long time UK Fitbit user since original Flex, thought I would share my view so far on the new Versa.
Pre ordered a Fitbit Versa special Gold/purple edition from major online retailer for my partner 23rd March and Black Fitbit Versa for myself on 29th when online retailer reduced price by £10. Black version arrived 16th April as promised, special edition got pushed back to 21st of April then 10th May! Cancelled order with online retailer and picked up Special edition from a UK retail store 19th April.
Initial thoughts, Versa is super light, nice looking and sits well on the wrist.
Setup - followed instructions for both Versas and setup took about 30 minutes as promised, download takes 15 to 20 minutes and install a further 10 minutes, restarts twice and pauses for a couple of minutes on green screen with Fitbit logo before final reboot. Kept both phone and Versa near to internet router during this process to ensure good wifi connection.
Updated Coach app no problems.
Good points so far:-
Not so good
Overall very pleased with the Versa and its functionality so far.

Thank you @AlejandraFitbit I will certainly take a look at the feature suggestions forum.
To add to my previous posting: One neat feature I have noticed when using the Quick View feature, when you raise your wrist to turn on the screen, if you hold your wrist in same position the screen will remain on for the time set in backlight delay 10 seconds in my case , however if you reverse the raise wrist motion it instantly turns the screen off.

Thanks for your participation @TempestFire.
About the quick view feature, yes that's right, that's how this option works. Your Versa screen will go off when you face down the screen since you are not seeing it and to save some battery.
Let me know if you need anything else.

@TempestFire you can set bedtime reminders on the Versa. To get to the place to set them, click on the sleep review tile and click the cog in the upper corner to go into Sleep Goals.

Hi @swim4lifekac yes its already set as I had it on for my Charge 2, but unlike the Charge 2 the Versa does not display the bedtime reminder on its screen, you only get the phone notification.
Fitbit have confirmed to @Marta-smb in another thread the Versa is not a compatible device with bedtime reminders.

I have two suggestions for the Versa.
-When using fitbit pay, can we have the screen not auto turn off. Every time I turn my hand over to pay, the screen goes out.
-When logging water, we have the option for 250ml 500ml and 750ml. A smarter option could be 125ml 200ml 500ml.

I am very frustrated with the music feature! My computer does not have bluetooth. Basically the customer service rep told me I'd need to go buy a new one. If I had know you could not easily download or connect to your own music I would have stuck with my apple watch!

I received this watch today, but I will be retuning it tomorrow. Why? Well, I bought this watch so I can be hands free from my phone, but when I get an notification, the screen does not turn on! The $26 MiBand auto turns on, all android wear turns on, because that is the best practice in smart watch design today. You do not have any plans on rolling out this basic feature on your roadmap, your customer support does not know where this feedback can go to. When you hear one customer feedback, it means many others have this concern. Complains about just this feature has 193 votes on the community and does not seem to mean anything to you. Please start realizing how precious customer feedbacks are. Will your product owner ever know? Will your engineer ever bother building this basic feature?
Anyways, this is called "how to lose a customer in 2 hours".

Want to throw in my 2 cents here, I really like the idea of the Versa, and it's a very attractive product when working.
Unfortunately it suffers from same Bluetooth connection issues as the Surge i had before.
I say this with some reluctance (ie. i would love for my Versa to work reliably) but connectivity is a major fail with this product. Unless you have the time and patience for continual Bluetooth pairing fixes, give the Versa a miss. Without the pairing, many Versa features are unavailable. Just not worth the grief.

The only thing to be aware of is the Fitbit not switching on after being reset.
I had only bought it a couple of hours ago and I reset it because it didn’t sync properly and it would’t Turn on.
Very disappointed because my Alta and Alta HR are 1 and 2 years old respectively and they are still working perfectly after being bumped, scratched and accidentally taken into water. The Versa won’t even turn on now, I’ve only had it for about 6 hours and it is brand new.
