Hi,
I have tried multiple times to update my fitbit versa with the new firmware. It does not work. Tried all the trouble shooting tips too.
Any suggestions? I have an android mobile.

@Choccie85 phone model and OS version? Are you getting any error messages? I'm assuming you're running the latest version of Fitbit app. Make sure your Versa is in a charging dock and near your router. You will need a strong wifi signal for update (I'm assuming you're updating via wifi). Try rebooting your phone and Versa to restart the process. To reboot Versa, press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears.

Lost all data that were synced since Jan 29. This happened a few days ago and now it happened again. The watch seems to do ok but it is not syncing right. No sleep data recorded at all.
