Had versa for 4 days. Been working great. Put on charger overnight. I put on this morning. It will not count steps I take. I restarted several times, shut down waited then turned on. Nothing seems to fix. It eventually shown me 13 steps all at once and hasn't register any since. I'm walking around house as I'm typing this. And yes still total 13 steps for today. This is frustrating.

Thank you for restarting your Fitbit Versa before contacting us. This behavior is very weird. If you haven't done it already, a factory reset could resolve the problem. You can find the steps on this post.
Please let me know if your Versa still doesn't count your steps. I'll be happy to help.

Mine is not counting the steps, it stays on « 0 » since the last update... i have it for 2 days and was working fine till yesterday evening.
