hi everyone for some reason i am not getting an update on my Versa. how do i get my versa updated? current version is 32. should i restore factory settings? please help me out

Are you sure you are not on the latest version which is 32.70.7.14 ?
Restoring to factory settings doesn't usually affect when you get an update as it's determined on the server side.
Also, some releases only affect certain groups of users and don't apply to all.
Basically, if you sync regularly and an update is available then it will inform you in the app.

That is quite an old version. Fitbit do have a troubleshooting guide for update issues at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2047/ but it doesn't seem to cover your issue where updates are not being offered even when it seems to be syncing ok. Note though that the help file says to not do a factory reset without guidance from customer support.
Unless someone comes up with a better idea here then I would suggest contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com Perhaps they'll be able to see what's happening from the server side.

yes my versa is syncing properly but because its not having the latest version update i am unable to use the new features
