My Fitbit Versa will not sync data from yesterday evening until this morning when I woke up. It has the data since I woke up and synced it myself, but doesn't have the data from the whole of yesterday evening through till then. Ive tried restarting my watch twice, logging out of the app and force shutting it but nothing has worked. This is the second time this week it has messed up, before it wouldn’t sync at all.

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. Also, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

Hi there,
My Versa stopped communicating with my phone (HTC android) so I tried my back up phone (Samsung-android) which also didn't work since Wed. May 29, 2019. Out of desperation today, I plugged the device via the charging cord into my computer and logged into Fitbit.com and EVERYTHING synced once my online account read my device. Please try this!!
Over the past 4 days, I tried every troubleshooting idea offered in this forum and nothing worked. I was needing to choose between my phone and my versa until this worked for me just now.
