Fitbit Versa - issue regarding Fitbit App

Hello

I'm using Fitbit Versa and downloaded the Fitbit app. But nowadays it's not working properly. While clicking on the app, the screen goes away instantly. I uninstalled it then it was functioning, but next time the same issue was occurring.

Please try to solve this issue.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with the Fitbit app not working properly. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

If the same keeps happening, reply back with your phone's model and OS version so I can further investigate.
