Fitbit Versa lite device not getting detected

Dear Sir, 

                 IAM Tejesh and I have been using Fitbit versa lite model for almost a year now. Recently around 2 weeks back I had noticed that my Fitbit is not getting synced to my Android phone and also my fitbit was losing time. It started off with a difference of around 2 mins and went on upto 4 hours of difference in time. All this while I still wasn't able to sync my phone and my Fitbit. I had tried restarting both my phone and Fitbit device multiple times. Tried syncing it with some other phone but still the same issue persisted.

So finally around 5 days back I performed a factory reset of my Fitbit device. The device was reset and after that the device was detected by my phone and the software was updated in my Fitbit . But shortly after few hours again I noticed that the device is not getting sync with my phone and losing time back. I removed the device from my phone and tried to add it again but till today IAM unable to add it as the device is not getting detected. To rule out the connection issue on my phone I have tried detecting other Fitbit devices on my phone and at that same time tried detecting my versa lite on other phone. Always I found that IAM able to detect other Fitbit devices on my phone and my Fitbit versa is not getting detected on any phone. So I can conclude that something is definitely wrong with my Fitbit versa itself. So how do fix this issue ?

Also I had tried detecting the Fitbit device while it is being charged to see if it helps. In this scenario the response is slightly better as my phone detects the Fitbit device and then asks me to enter a 4 digit code being displayed on my Fitbit device. A 4 digit number does show up on the Fitbit device and I enter the number on my phone but after that nothing happens and after a while trying to connect again the message displayed on my phone is that the connection could not be done. I have tried this also multiple times but still unable to connect. Kindly suggest a way forward at the earliest as at present IAM unable to get notifications on my phone and worst not able to use it for keeping time and alarms also.

Hi @Tejesh It sounds as if you have tried everything you can. All you can do is to contact Support  and hope they are able to help.
