My watch freezes on one screen and won’t display any other screen but the time. I’ve done a reset by turning the watch off and on. I’ve also done a factory reset but the freezing screen still come back. Now the watch just shows:

”X” data not cleared sync and try again

.

I’ve synced several times and it goes back to the above error message. any suggestions to help resolve my problems?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. Just turning off and on  is NOT a Restart.
