Fitbit Versa not charging

I have been trying over the weekend to charge my fitbit Versa to not avail.

 

I have also tried to do a factory reset but as the battery is dead this will not work. Please help!!

Hi @AngelTS  Oh dear. I do hope you can get it charging again. Have a read of THIS Help Article on Charging problems. Hopefully there is something there that works for you. But if not, please come back for further assistance.

I have tried all of that within the article, very useful but it hasn't helped in my case.
