I have been trying over the weekend to charge my fitbit Versa to not avail.
I have also tried to do a factory reset but as the battery is dead this will not work. Please help!!

Hi @AngelTS Oh dear. I do hope you can get it charging again. Have a read of THIS Help Article on Charging problems. Hopefully there is something there that works for you. But if not, please come back for further assistance.

I have tried all of that within the article, very useful but it hasn't helped in my case.

Since the issue persist then please let our Support team know more about the issue so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so I wanted to know if they were able to help you?
