Hi Peeps,

 

Please assist.

My versa has stopped charging. I have tried all the suggestions I could find on the net: rubbing alcohol, scratching the charging pins, holding the buttons and so forth😟.

 

The device was not reading the heart rate prior, I went to bed with it and woke up to find it's off.

When I connected to charger nothing happened.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa stopped charging and the heart rate monitor was not working before that. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help.

 

Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
