Hi,
I got a Fitbit Versa for Christmas, when going to set it up I found that it would not connect. I would get to the part where it tries to Bluetooth pair your device with the Fitbit ( "searching for Versa"). It would say found it but not be able to connect, after loading for a while it said Bluetooth connection error. I have tried the tips on the app and on the articles posted here, I also checked that my phone was compatible. I'm not sure what to do maybe someone out here does.

FOLLOW MY STEPS:-
1. Restart the BAND by holding BACK BUTTON & LOWER RIGHT BUTTON at a time then release the button once you get the FITBIT logo...your band is rebooted.
2. LOGOUT of FITBIT app restart the BLUETOOTH & again LOGIN in FITBIT app.
3. Now try syncing your BAND.
Hope that it will fix it...
