I just got a fitbit Versa and am trying to connect it to my Moto G5 plus. The process works fine until I enter the 4-digit numerical code from the Versa screen and then it tries to connect with no luck. After several minutes it takes me to a "Try Again" screen that suggests putting the Versa on a charger, powering the Versa off and on, and turning off and on the Bluetooth. I have tried all of the above, I have tried restarting my phone, and I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the Fitbit app. Nothing is working to finish the set up. PLEASE HELP.

Sorry you are having problems with your Versa setup. Unfortunately I dont see your phone on the Supported Devices List which may be why you are having problems. Thr the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Setup issues. If you continue to have problems please come back here.
