The stats stopped working on my Versa, but they are logging on my phone. I have tried turning the Fitbit off, then back on and it's still not registering anything.

Hi, are you using by any chance a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, the install a Clock Face made by Fitbit itself. After installing it, restart you Versa and see if the problem is solved. If you still want to use a Third Party Clock Face, have a look at this topic about these Clocks. Good luck!!
