My computer fitbit app is unable to find my tracker this morning.  I have:

restarted my fitbit several times
turned bluetooth off and on again
uninstalled and reinstalled the app

but still no luck.  I still have the app on my phone and it is connected. Any suggestions?

Hi, if you mean that on your Computer the Versa is unable to find it, do the following:

1. Put your Versa in the Charger and connect it to your PC

2. Go to the settings on your Versa and set BT to pairing

3. Go to the settings on your PC and press Devices

4. Enable BT and press "add a new BT device"

5. Press it and Windows will be searching for your Versa.

6. When everything is succesfull, your Versa is added to the list of BT devices on your PC and you can use it.

7. When you're logged in to your Fitbit Account, assuming that you have, type in the address bar of Windows: www.fitbit.com and it will show you your personal Dashboard.

Hope this helps.
