My Versa had some problems in which it would not power on even after extensive charging. Finally, last night, it suddenly turned on. During the several months my Versa wasn't working, I replaced my cell phone and the new phone doesn't see the FitBit when I try to add device. I have gone to the extreme step of factory resetting the Versa and the problem persists. I have the Versa powered on in its cradle which is plugged into my PC. My phone, a Pixel XL 3a simply can't see it. For giggles, I installed the Windows app and my computer's Bluetooth also cannot see the Versa.

It would appear that your phone is not on the Approved Devices list. Your computer problem is most likely that you don't have the current version of the App.
