I have had my Versa for less then a year and I loved it up until about a month ago. I noticed that it was not counting my steps correctly and as much as that stunk I could like with it. now it won't sync with my phone and the absolute biggest for me is that I an no longer getting my text messages and emails on my watch. Can someone please help!

Mine has been having syncing issues for a few months. I keep removing he app, restarting, reconnecting, all the recommended steps but they never last.
I doubt I will ever be buying another fitbit after this experience.

I am very disappointed and am with you on not buying another fitbit. I am already looking at alternative .
